GreenBuy is an iPhone App concept to receive information about the products without taking them out off the store shelf. With a strong focus on sustainability the user can get information about the product’s energy consumption and its recyling posibilitys.
Via augmented reality the available data is projected on the iPhone screen. The application allows you to compare products with each other and get information about the manufacturing process. The interface was designed to quickly navigate thourgh a variety of products. GreenBuy was developed together with Shin Takeda at the FHD course “Green Corporate Identity” under the direction of Tom Hirt.
